I had been looking for a house to buy for almost a year. I had worked with several Realtors from several different firms but had had no success. That is until I met Mike Luchen. From the moment I met Mike, he became fully invested in finding out what I wanted and needed in a house. He asked me questions that no other realtor had thought or bothered to ask and he provided me with insights and guidance that were unmatched by any realtor I'd worked with prior. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Mike instantly sprung into action and assured me he do all he could to help me. EVERYTHING Mike did over the next 24 hours was clearly focused on getting me the house and the deal that was best for ME. The next morning (which was a holiday) Mike took the time to help make my dream of home ownership come true. Because Mike is so attentive to what his clients want, he does waste their time with properties that don't fit their specific needs. Based on my personal needs and desires, Mike selected about 10 or 12 houses he thought I might like and sent the details to me in a comprehensive email that contained the listings. ALL of the houses were unbelievable and I was very excited. I was simply shocked when Mike told me that, using his deep contacts in the industry, he'd been able to get us access to almost half the houses (even on a holiday weekend.) But, after seeing the first four houses Mike has suggested, I already knew my search for a house was finally going to end in success because I had simply fallen in love with two of the houses. I was excited and ready to make an offer on one fantastic property right on the spot. But Mike, wanting to insure that I did not rush into anything, suggested that I not submit an offer right away. Mike told me to "go have a cup of coffee, talk it over in your head and make sure this is what you want. If it is what you want, give me a call tonight or tomorrow and let me know and go to work for you on structuring and offer". The ask price on the house I bought was within my "comfort" zone and doable if I really stretched. But amazingly, Mike was able to get the seller to accept a price that was much lower than ask and thus even deeper into my comfort zone. I was ecstatic already, but it only got better. As a full service professional realtor, Mike has his own trusted "team" of financial, mortgage, engineering, legal, and logistics professionals who all clearly respect him highly and as a result are willing to go above and beyond for his clients. When you work with Mike Luchen, you not only have Mike on your side, you've got the high level of service and support that is offered by his entire team.
